Walk them through a live demo of TheEcomWay.

Stay in the game
Follow up until they're ready to decide.

Your Journey
2 Weeks Training
Learn the product, the marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and how to run a sales call. Fixed salary during this time.
First Month
You're still learning on the job, so the target is lighter.
Target: only ₹15,000 in sales — because you're training.
From Month 2
Target goes up to ₹30,000. Every rupee you sell beyond that earns you commission on top of your fixed salary.
