How we calculate the numbers on our site
We make specific claims about active sellers, amount recovered, accuracy and speed. Here is exactly what each one means and how it's measured.
3,000+
Active Sellers
An active seller is an account that has uploaded at least one Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho settlement report and generated a reconciliation in the last 24 months. This count includes sellers on the Free Plan as well as paid plans.
₹2Cr+
Recovered
This is the total value of discrepancies our engine has surfaced across all seller reports — short payments, incorrect deductions, and unreimbursed returns identified when a settlement report is reconciled against order data. It reflects discrepancies flagged to sellers, not a figure independently verified as refunded by Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho — actually recovering a flagged amount still requires the seller to raise it with the marketplace.
98.58%
Reconciliation Accuracy
Our matching engine automatically pairs orders in your order/sales report against line items in your settlement report using order ID, SKU, and amount. Across sampled reconciliations, 98.58% of order-level line items were matched automatically without requiring manual review. The remaining line items are flagged for manual matching rather than silently dropped.
Under 30 seconds
Processing Time
Measured from the moment a settlement report finishes uploading to the moment a full discrepancy report is rendered, for a typical monthly settlement file. Processing time scales with file size and order volume — a seller with a very large monthly order count may see longer processing times than a smaller seller.
